Dear Ray and Marianne, I would like to say how pleased I am with my Starkey Hearing Aids after years not being able to hear many sounds. Thank you for the personal care and attention and choosing the perfect hearing aid for my needs. Wonderful personal care and I would highly recommend Independent Hearing to friends and family.

So pleased with my new ears just bought from Independent hearing of Ferndown Taking professional advice always makes a difference More than I had budgeted for but my new Starkey aids are worth every penny as well as good aftercare.

On Christmas Eve one of my hearing aids started to malfunction and the prospect of Christmas without it became a strong possibility. My wife made a call to Marianne that day, resulting in an early morning appointment with Ray. I cannot express enough my gratitude to both of you for your response to our cry for help that day. Without Ray's expertise, fully resolving the problem, which enabled us to carry on with the festivities as planned.
