Marianne Jones
R.H.A.D., F.S.H.A.A., Director and Company Secretary is also a fully qualified hearing aid audiologist with almost over 38 year of experience in helping the hard of hearing. She is a Fellow of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).
Matthew Bott
B.Sc., B.Eng., R.H.A.D., M.S.H.A.A., Audiologist with 3 years ongoing experience in the NHS. Qualified and insured to conduct wax removal using microsuction. Member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).

Founded in March 1988 by Ray and Marianne Jones, Independent Hearing Services has remained a private, family-run hearing practice for almost 40 years in Ferndown, Dorset.
As Ferndown's longest-established independent hearing care provider, we've built a trusted reputation for exceptional hearing care, expert advice, and independent access to the latest hearing technology from the world's leading manufacturers.
Ray Jones brings more than 40 years’ experience in audiology and is a Fellow of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).
Marianne Jones, also a fully-qualified hearing aid audiologist and Fellow of BSHAA, adds nearly 38 years’ experience in serving the hearing-loss community.
We are pleased to share that our longevity and commitment to our patients, past, present and future will continue as we introduce the second generation of our family to Independent Hearing Services.
Matthew Bott has been married to our daughter for over twenty years and has joined the business to support our future plans for growth. Matt holds Bachelor Degrees in Engineering and more recently in Science, as a Healthcare Scientist specialising in Audiology.
After three years working full time in the NHS and completing an Apprenticeship, Matt will divide his time between the NHS and supporting Independent Hearing Services. We are very proud of our family business and look forward to working with yours.
